Dallas’ Uptown Condos

DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – Construction on The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton in Uptown has been completed and is ready for occupancy.
The 23-story condominium tower on Cedar Springs Rd. and Pearl St. contains 95 units, two-thirds of which have been reserved by buyers.
A mid-priced unit costs over $1 million.
The project was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects LLP and developed by Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership.
